Services Performed
- Installed thermostat provided. Road test. Small leak from front cylinder head gasket externally.
- CYLINDER HEAD GASKET – Remove & Replace – 3.5L Eng Both –
- Wash, surface cylinder heads, pressure test. Grind valves and seats, install new guide seals
- Verified complaint. Researched service bulletins and located this exact symptom. As instructed by TSB we checked connector at Body control module for corrosion ( no corrosion found) added Di-electric compound, Re-calibrated brake pedal position sensor. Brake lights perform properly. ( If problem returns we suggest installing new brake pedal sensor)
